WPS Office, an office suite for Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Android users, allows you to open, edit, save and download pdf along with other files in the Microsoft Office file formats: Word (Docx), Excel (xlsx), PowerPoint (ppt), and OneNote (one). 

WPS Office also has its own native file format that’s essentially based on the OpenDocument format. You can use this guide to learn more about the WPS Office suite and determine which components you should use depending on your needs.

What is WPS Office? Simply put, it’s a comprehensive office suite. It lets you edit your documents from various formats, including popular ones like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 

In addition to editing files on your computer, you can also export them into other popular formats (or just save them as PDFs), so they’re ready for other uses.

Download and Installation

Download WPS Office from their website and install it on your computer. Once installed, open it up, and you’ll be ready to start using it.

You don’t have to download WPS spreadsheet free separately, you will get it into one single application.

Editing Spreadsheets

One of my favorite features of Google Sheets is that you can edit spreadsheets on just about any device or platform. 

The speed and ease at which you can access, update, and save edits are particularly convenient when it comes to crunching numbers while on the go. 

Sheets also happen to be incredibly flexible in terms of formatting options, making it easy for anyone, regardless of experience level, to bring data together and make adjustments-even if they’re unfamiliar with spreadsheets.

Editing PDF FilesFiles

Pdf files can contain rich media content, such as pictures and videos, that may be very different from what you are used to in a word processing document. 

For example, an image embedded in a PDF may not have a link associated with it – i.e., when you click on an image in your word processor, you will likely see a zoomed-in version of that image or even another window pop up that shows where exactly you clicked. 

In contrast, nothing happens if you click on an image in a PDF file. You cannot edit images within a PDF file as you would do for other types of documents; instead, if you want to make changes to your images within a PDF file, you need to convert them into editable formats first. 

In addition, some special characters may appear differently than they do in other documents; for example, some special characters might look like boxes or question marks rather than their usual shapes.
